Empress has undergone extensive testing procedures but as with all software programs, there is always the possibility of an unexpected problem arising.

Should any error be encountered in Empress, the program will report the error to the screen displaying the error message, prompting for response on how to best proceed from the error. Once an error occurs the full details of the error is logged to the error log file including the date, time, computer name, code details and the error description. These details will help enable troubleshooting to a particular section of a program or to a faulty computer.
