The lookup option is used to display the processing information for a specimen. It is available for use by all operators without the requirement to log in.

To view the processing details for a specimen, enter the accession number and the number file and click on the search button. If the information is found it will display onto the screen, if no match is found an error is reported to the program status bar informing the operator that no match was found.

If a match is found, the operator that processed the specimen, date, time, test selection and workstation name are displayed. The test selections are displayed in a drop down list box. To see all the test selections, click on the box and a drop down list will be displayed showing all the test selections made.
