In some situations it is necessary to recall a previously created barcode number. Empress allows for any previous number stored in the database to be recalled for printing. This is performed by selecting Reprint Number or Reprint Specific.

When Reprint Last (Last number is substituted with the actual number from last episode), Empress will reprint the entire label episode.

Selecting Reprint Specific will prompt Empress to ask for the episode number required. Enter the episode number and click OK. If found Empress will reprint the entire episode.

If a new user has logged onto Empress and has not processed any episodes creating barcodes by this method, this option will be unavailable as denoted by the N/A. To recall a specific number from a previous instance, selecting Specific will prompt for entry of the number to search for. If a valid number is entered, Empress will print that number otherwise if the number is not found, the status bar will display a message informing the operator that the number entered was not found. If at this point the operator wished to cancel their operation, selecting OK without entering a number will cancel this operation.
